My daughter loves living here. The location is great and very pet friendly. This property is much better kept than other apartments that we considered. The gym and facilities are open 24 hours and never busy. The staff answered all our questions and I felt very at ease leaving her here. Her father and I are both so happy that we chose Redpoint. I did a lot of research and nothing else came close to this place for the money. The staff including maintenance are always wonderful.

Worst maintenance ever. If you want something fixed be willing to wait a long time! Multiple work orders sent in for heater to get fixed. Told many stories that it was fixed… not fixed… waiting on parts etc. all the girls were without heat for a weak. And when we moved in shower head in my daughters bathroom didn’t work. Took 2 weeks to get fixed. Not a good first impression here. Will not be renewing lease.

Redpoint-Norman’s management and maintenance staff delivers! This year will be my daughter’s third year living on property. The property is well maintained and has a unique character that stands out and is very inviting. There are plenty of well-kept amenities for exercising to a semi-private study office. The office staff are friendly and approachable. The maintenance team is responsive and has a genuine nature to ensuring repairs and maintenance items are taken of—they work as a team to resolving issues. We especially like how Redpoint Norman has a web based communications platform. This platform makes it easy to receive information to us as parents, and our daughter for tenant information. She’s able to submit work order requests through the platform, that are quickly responded to. This platform also makes it very easy and hassle free for us to remit monthly rent payments. As a family, we are very pleased to have our daughter enjoy her college living experiences and environment at Redpoint—most importantly it is a very safe place for her to live. Be leery for your children. My 18 year old daughter thought she would see if she qualified to live here on her own while working. The office people had her sign documents and explained that it was just checking her credit. Needless to say she didn’t qualify without a co-signer. She said she wouldn’t be pursuing a lease. They said no worries. Now, they’re negatively reporting on her credit. She said she’s not paying if she can’t live here. They said she could if she found a co-signer. She doesn’t have one. So now they’re wanting her to pay $7.788 for a lease that she never has. Horrible horrible business people taking advantage of young people!!!
